Authorize the Executive Office to enter into a retroactive Memorandum of Understanding with the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, Division of Historical Resources (DHR), to reimburse the DHR for services rendered as the State Historic Preservation Officer under the programmatic agreement among the Federal Highway Administration in an amount not to exceed $97,000. Effective upon G&C approval for the period July 30, 2025 through June 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
