Authorize the Bureau of Traffic to retroactively amend its sole source agreement with Southern New Hampshire Planning Commission (originally approved by G&C on 3/26/25, item #24, archived document ), for consulting services provided in support of development, integration, and deployment of inductive Loop Signature Technology sensors, by extending the completion date from March 14, 2026, to March 14, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval. All work was stopped on the completion date, March 14, 2026, and will not resume until this item is authorized. Time extension only, no additional funding.
