Authorize the Bureau of Traffic to retroactively amend its sole source agreement with CLR Analytics, Inc., Irvine, CA (originally approved by G&C on 3/26/25, item #25, archived document ), for installation/upgrade of inductive Loop Signature Technology sensors, by extending the completion date from March 14, 2026, to March 14, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval. All work was stopped on the completion date, March 14, 2026 and will not resume until this item is authorized. Time extension only, no additional funding.
