Informational Item - This item will formally dissolve the highway layout of the Nashua-Hudson Circumferential Highway created by public hearing C-2432E in 1983, the 10644 public hearing of 1985 and the 10644 reconvened public hearing of 1993. The projects associated with these public hearings were never built and the funding for these projects were removed from the Ten Year Plan in 2008. The Department has held public official meetings in Hudson, Litchfield and Merrimack, as well as a public informational meeting involving all the communities. There have been no concerns raised from the public over dissolving the highway layouts.
