Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to grant an access point through the Controlled Access Right-Of-Way on the southerly side of Holland Way (NH Route 88) in the Town of Exeter. The sale will be made directly to Palmer and Sicard, Inc., or their Designee (Saxon Partners, LLC), for $450,000, and the Department will assess a $1,100 administrative fee. Effective upon G&C approval. The unimproved land will be conveyed without explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, and other recreational activities, and applicable local and State laws will regulate such activities.
