Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pine Ridge Technologies, Inc., North Reading, MA, on the basis of a low bid of $3,978,669 high mast light pole removal and replacement, along with conversion to LED lighting in various locations statewide. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $198,933.45 be approved for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through May 28, 2027, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Turnpike Funds
