Description
Authorize, under the Community Development Block Grant program, to enter into a no cost grant amendment with the Town of Conway, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10/16/24, item #37, archived document ) in the amount of $500,000 to extend the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2028. This extension if granted will allow for completion of the River Turn II Affordable Housing project situated at 40 Council Road, Conway, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2028. No additional funds are being requested. 100% Federal Funds
