TABLED - The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Stephen, seconded by Councilor Stevens, voted to table the request from the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into an agreement with DLR Group Inc., Omaha, NE, for a total price not to exceed $35,998,790, for Design of the New Hampshire Men’s State Prison Replacement Facility, Concord, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through the completion of construction administration services, estimated to be September 1, 2035, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Capital Funds. (2) Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $1,500,000 be approved for unanticipated design expenses for the NH Men’s State Prison. 100% Capital Funds. (3) Further authorize the amount of $1,500,000 be approved for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for project management and engineering services. 100% Capital Funds
