Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with Arcomm Communications Corporation, Hillsborough, NH (originally approved by the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services on 12/2/24), for surveillance systems maintenance and repair services, by increasing the price limitation by $277,175 from $147,825 to an amount up to and not to exceed $425,000, with no change to the contract completion date. Effective upon G&C approval through January 31, 2028.
