Authorize to amend an existing contract with Bi-State Primary Care Association, Inc., Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/15/22, Item #30, archived document ) to continue to recruit primary care, oral health, and behavioral health providers to medically underserved areas of New Hampshire by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $594,000 from $1,858,000 to $2,452,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2028. Effective July 1, 2026, upon G&C approval. 27% Federal Funds, 73% General Funds
