Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Cardinal Health Pharmacy Services, LLC, Dublin, OH (originally approved by G&C on 2/21/24, Item #28, archived document ) to continue providing remote pharmacist services to patients at New Hampshire Hospital, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $174,800 from $87,400 to $262,200 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2030.
