Authorize to accept and expend federal funds from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in the amount of $323,644, for contracted services that were not budgeted for State Fiscal Year 2026. (2) Further authorize the allocation of these funds in the accounts, as detailed in the letter dated March 31, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on April 17, 2026.
