Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the New Hampshire Department of Safety, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/17/25, Item #108A, archived document ), to adjust the MOU effective date to allow DOS to reimburse county and local law enforcement agencies for expenses incurred since July 1, 2025, related to the Substance Abuse Enforcement Program established under RSA 21-P:66, with no change to the price limitation of $3,500,000 and no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2027. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2025 upon G&C approval. 100% Other Funds
