Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with MTX Group Inc, Frisco, TX (originally approved by G&C on 12/17/25, Item #105, archived document ) to expand the scope of services and add funding for the implementation of a Salesforce survey application that will create comprehensive surveys for child care related requirements and generate reports to inform child care subsidy rates, per state and federal requirements, by increasing the price limitation by $75,475 from $737,400 to $812,875 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2027. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
