Description
Authorize to amend an Aquatic Resource Mitigation (ARM) Fund grant to the Town of Londonderry, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4/12/23, Item #95, archived document ) by increasing the grant amount by $30,000 from $500,000 to $530,000 for the purpose of conserving 54-acres and restoring wetland functions on a parcel of land in Londonderry, and extending the completion date from December 1, 2028 to December 31, 2029. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% State ARM Fund
