Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with Amoskeag Maintenance Services, LLC., Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 9/25/24, Item #112, archived document ) for the construction of a new Visitor Reception Center at Mollidgewock State Park, Errol, NH by extending the completion date from December 31, 2025 to May 1, 2026, with no change to the price limitation of $1,401,554.66. Effective upon G&C approval. 99% Federal Funds, 1% Operations Funds
