Authorize to accept and expend funds from the Deferred Compensation Commission Reserve account in the amount of $68,000, to fund a contract for specialized legal services to support the administration and oversight of the State's Governmental 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Agency Income. (2) Further authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Dilworth Paxson, LLC, Philadelphia, PA in an amount not to exceed $34,000 for legal counsel services. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for one two-year period. 100% Agency Income
