Authorize the Bureau of Policy and Administration to enter into a sole source contract with Fisher & Phillips, LLP, Boston, MA, in an amount not to exceed $30,000. The purpose of this contract is for legal services associated with non-immigrant H-1B cap lottery registration and H-1B petition filing for four existing Department employees through the United States Citizenship & Immigration Service. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2026. 76% State Funds, 18% Federal Funds, 6% Other Funds
