Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving, Inc., Londonderry, NH on the basis of a low bid of $4,193,911.20 for resurfacing of five sections of various Tier 3 and 4 roadways through nine towns (Milford, Amherst, Mont Vernon, New Boston, Hooksett, Hampstead, Sandown, Warner and Webster) in District 5. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $314,543.34 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 16, 2026, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
