Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with McFarland-Johnson, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/20/13, Item #123, archived document ), to continue the second phase of the preliminary engineering design for the section of Interstate 93 passing through Bow and Concord from I-89 through I-393, by increasing the fee in the amount of $153,870.39 from $3,838,091.57 to $3,991,961.96. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
