Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to retroactively amend a contract with HDR Engineering, Inc., Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7/15/20, Late Item #A, archived document ), for preliminary design of improvements to NH Route 1A (Ocean Boulevard) in the Town of Hampton, NH by extending the completion date from March 31, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval. Time extension only, no additional funding.
