Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with C.LH. & Son, Inc., Auburn, ME, on the basis of a low bid of $1,137,497.25 for culvert rehabilitation under NH 9 and NH 106 in Concord, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $113,749.73 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 23, 2026, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Federal Funds
