Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into an amendment to an existing contract with PC Construction Company, South Burlington, VT (originally approved by G&C on 6/28/23, Item #277, archived document ), by increasing the price limitation by $9,900,000 for a total price not to exceed value of $56,660,824.06, for Project Number 81176, Contract D ARP A Secure Psychiatric Unit Forensic Hospital, Concord, NH. The completion date has been extended from February 5, 2026, to October 18, 2027, in accordance with the contract. Effective upon G&C approval through the completion of construction administration services, estimated to be October 18, 2027, unless further extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Agency Income. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $1,485,000 for unanticipated site costs. 100% Federal ARPA
