Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into an agreement with DLR Group Inc., Omaha, NE, for a total price not to exceed $35,998,790, for Design of the New Hampshire Men’s State Prison Replacement Facility Concord, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through the completion of construction administration services, estimated to be September 1, 2035, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Capital Funds. (2) Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $1,500,000 be approved for unanticipated design expenses for the NH Men’s State Prison. 100% Capital Funds. (3) Further authorize the amount of $1,500,000 be approved for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for project management and engineering services. 100% Capital Funds
