Authorize to process a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Cintas Corporation No. 2, Mason, OH (originally approved by the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services on August 20, 2022) for shop towel laundering and floor mat services by increasing the price limitation by $263,388.47 from $216,611.53 to $480,000 with no change to the contract completion date. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2027.
