Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with Manchester Alcoholism Rehabilitation Center, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/13/24, Item #9, archived document ) to modify scope and funding for sustainable solutions for Substance Use Disorder services, by decreasing the price limitation by $863,975 from $2,259,878 to $1,395,903 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2026. Effective retroactive to February 25, 2026, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
