Description
Authorize the Water Division, Dam Bureau to accept and expend funds in the amount of $4,349,213 in NHDES Aquatic Resources Mitigation (ARM) funds, for the purpose of removing the Hadley Falls Dam and restoring natural stream and wetland functions in Goffstown, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% ARM Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on March 20, 2026.
