Authorize to accept and expend $1,040,000 in Federal Emergency Management Agency High Hazard Potential Dam Grant Funds from the Department of Homeland Security, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, for the purposes of designing the rehabilitation of two-state owned dams, Newfound Lake Dam in Bristol, NH and Pittsfield Mill Dam in Pittsfield, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Pass-Thru Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on March 20, 2026.
