Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into a Parking Lease Agreements with the lessees as detailed in the letter dated February 17, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval for the period April 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026. (2) Further authorize to accept payment from the lessees totaling $129,326 as detailed in the letter, for Parking Leases for the 2026 season. Effective upon G&C approval.
