Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands, Forest Management Bureau to accept and expend Federal Funds in the amount of $160,000 to fund State Forest Nursery improvements as authorized by Federal Bipartisan Infrastructure Legislation Revegetation grants. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on March 20, 2026.
