Authorize to enter into a contract with JCN Partners d/b/a Everblue, Huntersville, SC, for an amount not to exceed $32,410,664, to implement to the process of rebates in coordination with Inflation Reduction Act Section 50122, Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate Program. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2031. The contract term may be extended by up to three additional years, at the sole option of the State, subject to the parties prior written agreement on applicable fees for each extended term under the same terms and conditions and G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
