Authorize to enter into a sole source cooperative project agreement with the Community College System of New Hampshire (CCSNH), Concord, NH, pursuant to the Master Agreement for Cooperative Projects between the State of New Hampshire and CCSNH dated June 8, 2015, for an amount not to exceed $1,257,970, to manage the Training for Residential Energy Contractors Program on behalf of the Department. Effective upon G&C approval through November 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
