Authorize the Department of Energy to amend a Fiscal Committee Item (originally approved by the G&C on 8/27/25, Item #33, archived document ) by transferring funds in the amount of $130,520 between classes for the purpose of creating class 040 – Indirect Costs of Federal Funds from the United States Department of Energy, Inflation Reduction Act, Home Efficiency Rebates Program, to provide rebates to households that have taken energy efficiency measures. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on February 20, 2026.
