Authorize to exercise a contract renewal option with Securitas Security Services, USA, Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4/10/24, Item #38A), for armed security services at Pease Air National Guard Base, Newington, NH by increasing the price limitation by $1,172,845.44 from $2,260,740.88 to $3,433,586.32 and extending the completion date from April 30, 2026 to April 30, 2027. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $23,456.91 for unanticipated expenses bringing the contract total to $3,457,043.23. Effective upon G&C approval for the period May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds
