Authorize, on behalf of the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Economic Stability, to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Deloitte Consulting, LLP, New York, NY (originally approved by G&C on 11/2/22, Item #34, archived document ), to modify the scope of work to remove services related to planned Call Center Enhancements solutions, and to add services to modernize and improve New Hampshire’s eligibility and enrollment system across NH EASY and New HEIGHTS for the Medicaid, Long-Term Care, and Supplemental Assistance Nutrition Program, by increasing the price limitation by $12,498,561 from $89,670,580.12 to $102,169,141.12, with no change to the contract completion date of September 30, 2028. Effective upon G&C approval. 88.14% Federal Funds, 11.86% General Funds
