Authorize to accept and expend $162,312 in State Fiscal Year 2026 from the 2023 Homeland Security Grant Program funds available from the Department of Safety for the funding of cybersecurity enhancements. Effective G&C approval through August 31, 2026. 100% Transfer of Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize to establish Class 046 – Consultants for the purpose of supporting the cybersecurity enhancements.
