Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a retroactive lease agreement with Scenic Cove Condominium Association, Laconia, NH, in the amount of $32,147.50 for the use of state-owned property in Laconia, NH along Paugus Bay. Effective upon G&C approval. The land will be conveyed without any explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, or other recreational activities. Applicable local and state laws will govern such activities.
