Authorize the Bureau of Asset Management, Performance, and Strategies to amend a contract with AssetWorks, Inc., Berwyn, PA (originally approved by G&C on 1/8/20, Item #16, archived document ), for the Work Order, Fleet, and Inventory System, to exercise the State’s option for a 4-year extension. Effective upon G&C approval. (2) Further authorize to increase the contract amount by $1,188,484.81 from $3,688,864.35 to $4,877,349.16. This is the first and only option for a four-year extension, with a 3% annual increase. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% IT for Transportation Funds
