Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with the University System of New Hampshire, Durham, NH, to award The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Service’s approved funding to the University System of New Hampshire of $15,684,232, for the first budget period, and authorize GO-NORTH, in coordination with the Department of Administrative Services, to adjust budget line items within the contract price limitation and transfer encumbrances between state fiscal years, as needed and justified. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2031, with a price limitation of $96,929,726 for the term of the contract subject to G&C approval of each renewal term as specified in the Cooperative Project Agreement. 100% Federal Funds
