Description
Authorize, under the Community Development Block Grant program, to enter into a no cost grant amendment with the City of Keene, NH (originally approved by G&C on 2/21/24, Item #53, archived document ), in the amount of $750,000 on behalf of the Monadnock Affordable Housing Corporation to extend the completion date from December 31, 2025 to June 30, 2026. This extension, if granted, will allow for completion of its multi-unit rehabilitation project at the site of the former Roosevelt School located at 438 Washington Street, Keene, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds
