Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way’s petition for a hearing on the Albany-Madison 29597 project, on addressing the safety, pavement, and existing drainage conditions by reconstructing the roadway and removing the existing concrete slab, increasing shoulder width, improving intersection geometries, as well as widening sections of Route 16 for the auxiliary left turn lanes and two-way left turn lanes. (2) Further authorize a Commission of Three Persons to be appointed by the Governor with the advice of the Executive Council to hold a hearing and determine whether there is an occasion for the project.
