Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way’s petition for a hearing on the proposed improvements to safety, access, and operations of the NH Route 25 corridor, beginning at the western intersection with Lake Shore Drive and extending the easterly to the eastern intersection with Lake Shore Drive in the Town of Moultonborough, NH. (2) Further authorize a Commission of Three Persons to be appointed by the Governor with the advice of the Executive Council to hold a hearing and determine whether there is an occasion for the project.
