Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way’s petition for a hearing on replacing the existing Red List, steel girder bridge that carries US 202 and NH 123 over the Contoocook River in Peterborough, NH. (2) Further authorize a Commission of Three Persons to be appointed by the Governor with the advice of the Executive Council to hold a hearing and determine whether there is an occasion for the project.
