Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract with Solid Roots Construction LLC (originally approved by the G&C on 11-10-21, item #64), for Carpentry Services at State owned facilities in the Concord, Southern and Seacoast Regions of the State, by increasing the price limitation by $145,170 from $145,430 to $290,600 with no change in the contract term. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of August 15, 2022 to expire November 9, 2023.
