Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with the United Way of Greater Nashua, Nashua, NH (originally approved by G&C on 4-29-21), to provide educational programming and services for student and families with Limited English Proficiency to address learning loss due to COVID-19, by increasing the price limitation by $185,000 from $800,000 to $985,000 and by extending the grant period from September 30, 2022 to September 30, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
