Authorize to execute a sole source amendment to a contract with TruePani, Knoxville, TN (originally approved by G&C on 1-22-22, item #84), by increasing the contract by $167,840 to $411,607 from $243,767 and extending the end date to September 30, 2025 from June 30, 2023 to provide additional support for lead in drinking water testing at NH schools and childcare facilities. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
