Description

Authorize to award a grant to the City of Berlin, NH, in an amount not to exceed $100,000 for the preparation of a study to investigate the use of a closed loop waste treatment and effluent use as process water system between the White Mountain Paper Company, the Town of Gorham and the City of Berlin. Effective upon G&C approval through May 24, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
