Description
Authorize to award a grant to the City of Dover, NH, in the amount not to exceed $900,000, for the WWTF Secondary Clarifier No. 3 project. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2024. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with the City of Dover, NH in the amount not to exceed $2,100,000 to finance WWTF Secondary Clarifier No. 3. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
