Description
Authorize to award a grant to the City of Rochester, NH in the amount not to exceed $2,240,000 for the Cocheco Well Project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 1, 2025. 75% Federal Funds, 25% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Funds. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with the City of Rochester, NH in the amount not to exceed $2,860,000 to finance the Cocheco Well Project subject to conditions as outlined in the letter dated August 25, 2022. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Funds.
