Description
Authorize to enter into a Lease Amendment with Townsquare Media Portland, LLC, Purchase, NY (originally approved by G&C on 9-13-17, item #56), for equipment and antenna space in designated areas at Mount Washington State Park by (1) extending the lease end date from September 30, 2022 to September 30, 2027; (2) increasing the total lease payments received by an estimated $430,834.86 from $258,762.72 to $689,597.58; and (3) updating lease language to reflect current standards. Effective upon G&C approval.
